 Project Management

 We undertake turnkey projects and as part of our approach, a dedicated Project Manager will liaise directly with the customers in all aspects of the project and at all stages till the completion of the project.

 Our Project Manager will work in conjunction with consultant /contractors and monitor the project progress with the management tools and standards.

Testing & Commissioning

Testing & Commissioning include the following tasks but not limited to

	Submission of FAT procedures
	Conducting of FAT
	Submission of SAT procedures
	Conducting of SAT
	Commissioning of the Plant
	Conducting of 5 days of Maintenance training

Training

MSJ Engineers can provide a wide variety of training program which can be organized either our Abu Dhabi / Sharjah office or at the customer’s premises.

The training courses would be designed to meet the customer’s requirements.

We conduct two types of Training Programs,

                1. Engineers to impart knowledge on software & maintenance techniques.

                2. Operators Training which impart knowledge on the mode of usage of the systems.

Communication with Third Party Systems

We have good expertise in handling communication and exchange of data with various process control systems.

Service & Support

As part of MSJ’s Service support facilities, dedicated technical specialists can be provided to maintain the control systems installed at your plants. Our Engineers will be undertake regular site visits to ensure the system integrity as well as undertake upgrade the installed software packages and carry out the periodic maintenance such as  

	Replacement of Batteries
	Benchmarking of the system

Support

Where remote support is required, by using the latest technologies MSJ Engineering can provide Modem/Web enabled systems to allow fast response to assist the customers engineers with fault diagnosis and support.
